1) Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping nationwide at a flat-rate of $10 for all orders under $99, and free standard shipping for all orders over $99. You’ll normally only have to wait 2 to 5 working days once your order has left our warehouse. Note that delivery times vary based on your location. If you have made your purchase as a registered member you may track your order via a link through your account.

2) Express Shipping

We currently offer express shipping Australia wide (metro & regional). It starts at $19.95 for standard orders and typically means you'll receive your delivery within 1-2 business days. Larger orders may incur a higher fee. A quote will be available in the checkout

Q: What happens after I place my order on

A: Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse for picking. It is usually picked and scheduled for shipping within 1 business day. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the postal service provider's website.

Don’t stress if it doesn’t work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

Q: Can I order online and pick-up in-store?

A: No, all orders placed online are shipped direct from our warehouse for a faster service.

Q: Do you deliver outside of Australia / New Zealand?
