This policy applies to products purchased from the website kinggee.com/au.
Returns are accepted for change of mind on goods purchased online within 30 days from date of invoice or at any time if goods are deemed faulty.
In order to return or exchange goods, products must be in the same condition as originally received and include swing tags/labels.
KingGee takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find a fault with one of our products, we’d like to help resolve the issue.
Please email a picture of the fault to our Customer Service team at onlinestore@kinggee.com.au who will advise and assist with the returns process.
KingGee will cover all costs associated with the return, including delivery.
You can create a new return request using our easy online returns system. If you're unsure whether you checked out as a guest or member, check your order confirmation email.
If you purchased your item(s) while signed in as a member (with username/password): Request as Member
If you used guest checkout (no account): Request as Guest
KingGee provides three return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods (within Australia where our change-of-mind policy applies):
If your requested replacement item has sold out by the time we receive your product, your original payment method will be refunded.
Once your return is received by KingGee, please allow up to 10 days for processing. The refund timeline depends on your financial institution’s processing time.
If you return an item purchased with a Gift Voucher, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same Gift Voucher.
Refunds for returned gifts will be credited to the original card or account used for the purchase.
